These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 33nd platform, including the website at 33nd.bet, all associated mobile-optimised pages, and any services, products or features offered through the platform (collectively, the "Services"). The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 33nd ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Services. 33nd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Access to the 33nd platform and participation in any of its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register or use the Services:

To access the full range of Services offered by 33nd, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions govern account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any third party.
• 33nd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Accounts that cannot be verified may be suspended.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created accidentally, contact support immediately at [email protected].

33nd may carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any account where activity appears inconsistent with normal use, where large transactions are involved, or where there is any reason to suspect a breach of these Terms. You agree to cooperate fully with any such checks and provide any documentation reasonably requested.

33nd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the supported local payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit amounts may apply and will be communicated via your account cashier. Deposit limits may also be self-imposed using the responsible gaming tools available in your account settings.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 33nd does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or different payment instruments.

33nd processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any currency conversion costs that may arise from the use of specific mobile wallets are the responsibility of the user and will be governed by the terms of the relevant payment service provider.

33nd may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins and other incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Bonuses are credited to your account following a qualifying deposit or action as specified in the individual promotion's terms. 33nd reserves the right to verify that qualifying conditions have been met before crediting any bonus.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via your account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33nd and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, whether direct, indirect, incidental or consequential.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Services, whether planned or unplanned, including for technical maintenance, system upgrades or events outside 33nd's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content available on the platform, including odds, statistics, match data or game results, which are provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

33nd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the provision of false information, underage use, operating multiple accounts, or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the timeframe requested by 33nd.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, match fixing, collusion, arbitrage betting or any other activity that 33nd reasonably believes constitutes illegal or improper conduct.
• At the account holder's own request. Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the original payment method following successful identity verification.

33nd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 33nd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via the platform or by email to the address on file. Non-material changes may be made without individual notification.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 33nd.bet/terms-conditions and will be dated with the effective date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
